A classroom teacher who also builds the learning

Dynamic and adaptable ESL educator with 7+ years of experience teaching English to young learners and adolescents across Vietnam's top language institutions, including the British Council, Apollo English, and EF Teach Online. I have taught 500+ students aged 4 to 25, in groups from 1-to-1 up to 25 learners. I completed 11+ formal lesson observations at the British Council with consistently positive ratings, and used that feedback to sharpen classroom management, questioning, and pacing.

I combine a strong classroom presence with real expertise in instructional design and digital learning, creating interactive courses with H5P, SCORM, and xAPI. I hold a CELTA (Cambridge), TYLEC (Trinity), a valid TRC until 2029, and am fully eligible for a Vietnam work permit.
